Goldman Sachs believes the current downturn in the energy sector has created attractive opportunities for investors. The energy sector is down 9.4% in 2023, the largest decline among the 11 major S & P 500 sectors. Goldman attributes the energy sector's underperformance to a combination of macroeconomic conditions. Mild winter temperatures drove lower natural gas prices, and Russian oil supplies were s well higher-than-expected. Jan 3 (Reuters) - Targa Resources Corp (TRGP.N) said on Tuesday it will buy the remaining stake in its Grand Prix NGL Pipeline that it does not already own, for $1.05 billion in cash from Blackstone Inc's (BX.N) energy unit. Targa, which will purchase 25% stake from Blackstone Energy Partners, acquired 75% interest in the pipeline last year when it repurchased interests in its development company joint ventures from investment firm Stonepeak Partners LP for about $925 million. The Stonepeak deal also included 100% interest in its Train 6 fractionator in Mont Belvieu, Texas, and a 25% equity interest in the Gulf Coast Express Pipeline. Grand Prix has the capacity to transport up to 1 million barrels per day (bpd) of natural gas liquids (NGL) to the NGL market hub at Mont Belvieu. Targa said on Tuesday the price of the Blackstone Energy Partners deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, represents about 8.75 times Grand Prix's estimated 2023 adjusted EBITDA multiple.

Twitter's new verification system is already being abused by trolls impersonating public figures. Neither Bush nor Blair have personal Twitter accounts, but are verified through their foundations. Other examples of fake but verified accounts causing trouble soon after the new verification system came in included a user pretending to be O.J. "I'm ngl I did that shit," the verified account "ThaReal0J32" tweeted, attracting over 55,000 likes before it was deleted. The fake Bush account also responded to tweets about fake verified accounts saying: "Jed [Bush's younger brother] is smarter than Elon."

Most importantly for the Club, Pioneer continued to demonstrate its commitment to returning the majority of its excess cash to shareholders via buybacks and dividends. Here's a breakdown: Oil: 354,040 barrels a day, ahead of expectations for 353,600 barrels a day. Total oil equivalent production per day in a range of 655,000 barrels to 680,000 barrels, versus a consensus estimate of 653,900 barrels a day. The company continues to forecast oil production between 350,000 barrels a day and 365,000 barrels a day, while it expects total production of barrels of oil equivalent a day between 623,000 and 648,000.

PNL și PMP au acumulat cele mai multe voturi la secțiile de votare din Republica MoldovaÎn cadrul scrutinului de duminică, 26 mai, în care cetățenii români și-au ales reprezentanții în Parlamentul European, la secțiile de votare deschise în Republica Moldova cei mai mulți alegători au susținut Partidul Național Liberal (PNL) și Partidul Mișcarea Populară (PMP). La diferență mare vine Alianța 2020 USR-PLUS, care a acumulat peste 3500 de voturi.
